This informal discussion is a great opportunity to learn about basic legal documents that are utilized to start and protect business entities. 

John T. Carter, has been practicing business and commercial law for over 15 years.  Mr. Carter was born and raised in southeastern Michigan, received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from the University of Miami, Florida.  Mr. Carter works with businesses in various local industries and serves several “entrepreneurial” non-profit organizations throughout Oakland County.  He is an active member of the Business Law and Unincorporated Entities sections of the Michigan Bar.
